The cooking isn't a problem for me...it's the speaking!!! Only just starting to find my voice here lol.

Karen you have so much passion that they won't care, you would be able to sell them on fresh air from the TMX, just whizzed, blended and freshly delivered right from the bowl  :P

You will all be fine!  I've always been terrified being in front of people, let alone looked upon as an authority on the tmx - but they (the guests) can see the passion in your eyes for the tmx - and they'll know you're sincere.  I've been astounded at the feedback I've recieved about how the guests can see the excitement and passion I have for it.  You are all just as passionate and it'll show through!

And let the TMX speak for itself  ;) ;D ;D
