Made lemon and coconut Dahl and prepared the fast flatbreads . Thermobexta’s recipes . I have rolled out the flat breads and now trying to work out how long they will take to fry in the pan !! So I can keep warm too!!
Update : it took awhile to cook all 8 but they were very nice , yoghurt based . Brushed with herb butter ( found in the freezer) . This dish is a family favourite!

We’re having burgers tonight. Ive made some Parmesan and Rosemary rolls from Cookidoo for them.

Saganaki prawns with pasta . Think it might be a late dinner with men ! So Aperol spritz to see the new year in !

Power out most of the afternoon so off to get take away - the few take away shops that seemed to have avoided the power outage and were able to stay open had queues in front of them ... we ended up at Dominoes pizza ... a different gastronomic experience.

The other night we had meatballs in tomato sauce and rice . Last night we had my famous Tuna and rice lots of veg chopped up and lemon squeezed on . Paddock dinner with an icy pole .
