Thanks astarra, that's a good one.  My favourite chickens are from Costco, cheap, huge, unstuffed and natural.

Thanks Astarra. I may be making use of that site quite a bit until my oven is installed.

Tonight we're having a Thermofun recipe, Chicken and Chorizo Jambalya.

Used the left over Chow Mein to make Spring rolls. Tried the new sauce. Bit sharp.

I love rissoles with only a bit of onion in them and then rolled in flour and cooked. Unfortunately the rest of the mob don't like them like that. I usually make them with a bit of bacon etc.
tonight we are having chilli salmon with Israeli couscous salad. It was 42 here today.

Yesterday we had curried vegetable fritters that had chick peas in them. They were very nice. I will pop the recipe up and tonight we are having a Thai Red Curry from a SC /thermomix ebook that Alyce Alexandra put out for free. It is vegetarian too. I have the SC in the laundry as it's rather hot today.

A beautiful recipe from Recipe tin eats. One pot Parmesan and garlic risotto with lemon pepper chicken. Enough for 2 meals for us. Avery soft risotto.

Snap Cookie, we had vegetable fritters for dinner too, with some fresh corn on the cob.

Great cooking in hot weather girls. I've been living on salads here but I've taken some mince out to make a recipe from skinnytaste.com tomorrow night if I feel like it after another hot day.
