That massaman looks delicious :)

We are having home made pizzas with "Fluffy pizza bases" :) can't wait!

We love fluffy pizza bases. Which pizza dough recipe do you use please, Jamberie? I'm still searching or the perfect pizza dough and sauce.

Curry looks good, Yvette. I've never made curry n the PC even though I have one. I use the Le Creuset for curries.

Does the curry taste the same?

I use the recipe I posted here on the forum. ..it is in a few places including main meals where my pizza sauce is too or under breads. If you do a search from the main page "fluffy pizza bases" it should come up.  I'd link to it for you but I'm having issues with tapatalk and can't right now :(

Thanks Jamberie and Judy. I tried a search but wasn't sure of the original poster and the recipe itself did not turn up . Sorry for being a pain.

DS requested home made KFC. I used thigh fillets which I flattened with a mallet and then cut into strips.

Yes Uni I can't believe how quick the PC is, I made tikka chicken last night and it only took 3 minutes. Might have to try risotto too :)
