Tonight I used the sauce from nan's country kitchen tuna slice and converted it to a tuna pasta bake. Everyone was happy.

Fresh fish. We were given some so DH made them a rice pudding.

I cooked 200g spiral pasta on stovetop, drained and put in my square lasagne dish.  Made up the tuna curry sauce as per recipe but using only 2 tabs of plain flour and no egg. When sauce ready poured over pasta, mixed to combine, sprinkled grated cheese and breadcrumbs over top and baked 180c until golden approx 30 min.
