Lovely Hally. I really love haloumi. You couldn't really tell it was in the sausages.

Ooh might give it a try

Great cooking Frozzie

Roast Pork on the rotisserie, the most tender & moist pork I have cooked. No photo as my tapatalk is still not working.

I am excited too, as they sound yummy. Are you making your own tortillas Amy?

Making rich glazed meatloaf for first time tonight. Can't wait.

No, not this time Kimmy. I thought I would see if we actually like enchiladas first! If we like them I will make my own tortillas next time :D

I made this recipe from the Recipe Community.  I didn't expect it to taste as good as it did!  Loved all the different flavours from the marinade, dressing and pistachio mayo.

My meat took longer to cook than stated but it was so tender at the end of cooking.  I think next time I will just buy fillet steaks and either cook on the bbq or stove top and serve either whole or sliced with the lovely salad.

Love the photos ladies. Tonight's dinner is pizza.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
