As we dont do fish here, not up on it.

Made up my mind, 1/2the chicken will be roasted for the kids & the other will be Jamie Olivers Southern indian Bbq chicken, both served with salad & dirty rice :)

Its a cajun rice dish cooked with some veg, cajun spice & stock, you can also add meat to it.

Me too MF. A friend bought some fish back from NZ when they went on hoilday and it was really mild but I can't remember what it was.

Tonight is Nan's curried tuna slice (at last!) with vegetables. This has been on my to do list for ages but tonight is the night! ;D
