Baked rice dish looks yummy Uni. I can't believe you have never made a chopped salad before. Will you do it again?

We had a quiche/frittata thing from Good Food tonight. It was very tasty. It had sun dried tomatoes, feta, pumpkin, onion, cheese, roasted capsicum. Cheddar cheese, eggs, spinach and low fat cream in it.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I coated some chicken thighs with my fish/chikn crispy coating (condiments & sauces), topped with a dash of chilli mayo (low carb book), my root vegie mash (vegetarian), and some broccoli and beans. It was really tasty, and DH said much nicer than what you get in a restaurant (mind you, he's not talking about a five star one  ;)) just as well we didn't go to a restaurant cos he fell asleep before dessert (salted maple syrup icecream) and I've paid the bill (washed the dishes)

Sitting back here now with my glass of and glad I didn't have to get dressed up nor drive home.
