We had a cooked lunch Michelle so we only needed a little one for tea (Geoff only ate half of his) and the larger one will be for lunch tomorrow.  I also have 2 takeaway packs for Mum.

We had the Chick Pea and Vegetable dish from'What's for Dinner?'  It was very nice. I only used 1 chilli and didn't have any Harissa paste so left it out. I served it with garlic rice.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

DJ - that looks wonderful!!  That's the kind of cheerful looking soup you need in winter!   What's in it?

The chickpea dish looks good Cookie - I will have to give that whirl when it's a bit cooler.

Love the vibrant colour of the soup DJ.

1 leek, 1 carrot, some cabbage braised in butter and cooked in sock. Added I cooked beet root in cubes and few noodles.

Made two meals. Very good it was too. I just fancied veggies today.
