That risotto Maddy is my current favourite atm and my boys don't like it either ;)

We had pork chops with a creamy capsicum sauce. We enjoyed it, but the kids would nt even try the sauce :(

We were out all day visiting friends in the very Northern suburbs. (we live in the southern suburbs). So it was a quick/no think meal.  I marinated some chicken breasts in sweet chilli sauce and chopped up some sun dried tomatoes with it. We then barbecued them and had them with veggies. Very nice.

Pulled out of the freezer the spinach chicken and ricotta ravioli.  mad week this week and up North all next week for work so running out of time.

Oh Amy, If I had known rice pudding was on the menus would have walked over hot coals to your place!!
Tuna morney for dinner here tonight - much to DH disgust. Not a lover of morney at all!!  Too bad, sometimes you just have to make something that is quick an easy.

That reminds me of one of my favourite sayings Moptop... "There are two options for dinner: take it or leave it" ;D
