House burgers here too.
Hopefully lamb if there is some at the shops (Sunday night is not a night for mincing ones own meat).
Also too lazy to make own bread.  One dough in a day is enough for me (made pork buns for lunch).

Would love your pork buns recipe.
Thanks
Halex :)

Links for them are in this post:

For me there was about three times too much dough for the filling. I'd recommend at least doubling the pork recipe.  The buns freeze really well once steamed.

Same here Uni  ;) it's like party food for dinner that way.

I made a beef & red wine ragu in the pressure cooker, and had it with cracked pepper pasta.
was tasty, but I over shredded the beef in the TM, and well....it looked like poop on a plate  :o.....so no photo sorry  :P
it took some convincing it didn't taste how it looked!   :)

Today I am going to make Tunisian grape focaccia and Egyptian lentil soup. The focaccia is a river cafe owners' recipe  - so looking forward to trying it.

Hoisin chicken in the slow cooker (low oven) using chicken thigh fillets. Hopefully I don't overcook it this time.
