Absolutely special. Melt in your mouth with a complex flavour only Maggie Beer could do with simple cheap ingredients.

Tonight burgers and fries was meant to go the the IL's but DS isn't too well

Gert that looks yummy my mum uses beef cheeks a lot in her casseroles, I am yet to try them

They are meaty and beefy and melt away.  They jut fell away from the fork. No knife needed. Rich and interesting. No one would know what they are. I trimmed them well of any sinew. Next time I will cook 6 as it is just as easy. Il'l then have two more meals for no extra effort. Really worth  doing  and no fat. If you like  lamb shanks you would love these,
