Pink ling and salad here tonight, we don't eat enough fish but I intend to change that from now onwards :D

I've never heard of pink ling before Mandi. I just googled it and I don't think we get it over here. How are you going to cook it?

I get 20 kilos of fish tommorow

I'm jealous :-))

I used to roast it, and it was great! So easy to carve/slice once cooked. I've never mastered carving a roast lamb...  :-*

LOL - my DH says that carving meat is the "worst part of married life."   :D

Dinner tonight here is chicken schnitzels with bacon, tomato and cheese on them, with salad and buns. A lazy tea here cuz I have a rotten head...  >:(

I'm just grilling it with a sprinkle of spices Amy, we used to sell heaps of pink ling when we owned a butcher shop, it's a reasonable price and tasty. I prefer flat head and deep sea travalla but for the budget pink ling it is tonight :D
