LOL I was so impressed with maddy's photo that I forgot to post what we had for dinner :-))

Nothing terribly exciting: turkey steaks, jacket potatoes and leftover cheesy vegetables from last night.

And I forgot to take a photo  :(
And there was none left when I remembered.   :-))

Madly, the iPad has done it again ughhhh
Start again....
Maddy, we had roast pumpkin soup for dinner tonight too. The males in the house don't like pumpkin so they had leftovers from last night instead. The rest of us enjoyed the soup. I roasted extra veges (capsicum, onions, carrots and butternut pumpkin from the garden) when I cooked the roast chicken on Saturday night. I blitzed the veges in my Thermo Chef with some water and chicken stock powder that I had made and hey presto, I had dinner ready. I love this machine.

Oh wow those tartlets look so delicious. I had tenina's spinner Vietnamese chicken - but I did it to use up roast chicken leftovers. Great way to use up chicken that has gone a bit dry.

Dinner tonight: marinated roast beef & gravy, steamed veg, potato pinwheels (just mashed potato with onion flakes, bacon and cheese added to it and spread on pastry, rolled up, sliced and cooked.) and pizza bread.
:D
