That looks amazing Julie. Was the meat an already marinated one from the supermarket? If so what cut of beef would it have been. I tend to use topside when I do roast beef because that's what Mum always made. We love our PC so would love to try a roast beef.

Yes the meat was from Woolies.  The pack says "Australian Peppered Beef Roast".  I didn't add any more pepper or salt to anything and it wasn't overly peppery, just a nice bite. Really good.  :D

Yum, roast beef and yorkshire pudding - one of my favourite meals Julie but not something I do very often.  The pc sure makes quick work of a chunk of beef.
