Cookie,we had soup too. My Pantry Packers fruit and veggies order turned up today and I had a surplus of broccoli. I made Judy's thick cheesy broccoli soup. Yum yum!

Tonight we had Judy's Broccoli and Cheese soup. I didn't have enough broccoli so added in a bit of cauliflower. Then crumbed chicken schnitzel with veggies.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Creamy Chicken basil pesto with caramelised onions and roasted pumpkin penne. Basil from the garden and used Tenina's pesto recipe.

I cooked Astarra's recipe for Lamb Forequarter Chops in my SC and served them with Roast Potatoes,gravy,steamed carrots,peas and spinach.
