Last night we had slow cooked lamb chops in gravy, mashed potato, & steamed veg.
Tonight chicken pot pie and hot chips.  :)

We are having Mexican Beef Slice from KimmyH.  In the oven now and smelling wonderful!

A recipe from Karen Martini's book Everyday. Pasta with Parsley, Porcini, and Ham. We haven't eaten yet but it smells and looks lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Yes we enjoyed it kimmy....dh had leftovers for lunch and said it was even nicer.. Wouldnt rate it as fabulous but definately enjoyable :)

Pasta looks good, Cookie!

Made one of our favourites for dinner - Nasi Lemak 😋 Only this time it was easier with the airfryer. Anchovies for the sambal and peanuts were a cinch to cook 😄😃
