Mine is a Nikon, Julie. I didn't get any extra lens. Too lazy to lug it out, shoot, download into PC then upload to forum and Facebook. But your pics are telling me to stop being so lazy :)

last night was Honey-mustard pork with warm apple and pear salsa 
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/17241/honey+mustard+pork+with+warm+apple+and+pear+salsa. Salsa was really good, but used whole juice of lemon.
air fried the pork rind





Tonight the boys had Angus beef burgers, & DD and I had chicken ceaser burgers.

I was going to make Tenina's family stew but we had visitors in and out all day. ( which was lovely ). So we ended up with steak and onions with veggies. DH wanted baked veggies so he did them in the AF.

I also used my PC today Obbie to make Nico Moretti's "Tagine of chicken with ras el hanout, chickpeas and raisins on harissa spiced carrot & sweet potato", from his 'Food for Friends' book. 

Using the pc cut down the cooking time to only 10 mins (once stabilised). Love the pc for cooking chicken on the bone.   I did use the tm to puree the carrot & sweet potato mash.

Beautiful flavours and so easy and quick. Served with a bowl of tossed salad so people could help themselves.  :D
