Tea last night was a lamb casserole & steamed vegies.  Tonight's is some steamed vegies added to the leftover lamb casserole so I guess it's a lamb stew  ;D
Looks delicious Judy. ;D I bet you enjoyed both meals.

Just a couple of easy meals for days when I've had things on CC and I still have 1 meal left, maybe some pies - yes, that's it.  Off to make and freeze them.  Won't have time tomorrow as we have visitors to lunch.

Roast beef tonight.

Amy here is the photo of the meat we had last night. I use skirt steak and slice it thinly, coat with Dijon mustard, put a few carrot slices in, a tiny cornichon, and some bacon. I then roll it up and secure with a toothpick or cooking string. Brown them, then cook in stock about half way up for a couple of hours. Remove the beef and reduce and thicken the stock for gravy.

Cookie, thanks for that photo, it looks great :D I keep meaning to try something like that but it always slips my mind when I'm menu planning. I've made a note on my current menu plan to include it in next week's plan ;)

Tonight we'll have pizza and some leftover frittata :)

OOo that Shepherds pie looks so yummy!

Tonight was Corned beef and Cheesey Mash for us. No photos tonight because I think hubby would have eaten my arm off if I'd made him wait. He's been out all day and didn't eat lunch.

Kim, that pie looks delicious.
I made Chookie's lemon chicken tonight. I partially cooked it, and then went down the street for bubbles with the neighbour's, then came home, reheated the chicken and stir fried the vegies.  Late dinner tonight🍸
Here is a quick photo I took just before I demolished it
