Title: Steamed Ginger Puddings new EDC pg 164

I made 1/2 the quantity of this recipe. My silicone cups are quite big. It filled 4.  Very easy, have yet to taste as its only 7.43am  ;D will let you know later.

I 1/2 the recipe excatly, lovely steamed puds, ginger flavour minimal. Next time will up the ginger. 1/2 is good, fits in Varoma & gone in one night.

I don't have a copy of the new EDC and don't really want to buy it as my original has lots of notes and tweaks and corrections.
Is this recipe available elsewhere or is there any one willing to PM me a copy?

but the EDC is slightly different to this recipe.  EDC uses 3-5cm ginger and 150g butter and the method & mixing times are slightly different at times as well.
