Mab, seems like you could make a soupy broth from that.
New way to make chicken parmigiana. Kids liked it, not so fatty.
Line baking sheet , lay thin chicken slices on it. Spread tomato sauce then panko crumbs, then Parmesan. Bake moderate oven 10 minutes. Cover with melting cheese. Bake 5 mins.
I used turkey breast .
Tonight, prawn pasta.

Created a low carb recipe for Prawn pasta. Only 50 g of gluten free pasta. Tomato based with large prawns cut in half, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Lots of parsley and onion tops. Tonight, something similar.

I like the sound of the Chicken Parmigiana. I will try it.

Got home late so made a prawn and mayo sandwich. Had made some long bread rolls so used 1/2 with lettuce from garden.
I find the large prawns better value than the small ones.

That sounds delicious KAtie.
We’re having either a steak sandwich or stir fry.

Last night we had Mango Chicken Curry with rice and naan bread.  It looks like the mice got to one slice of naan.

Tonight will be marinated salmon with potato mash & creamed silver beet and baby carrots.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
