Cheat Vegetarian Nacho

Cheat Vegetarian Nachos
Number of People: 4
Ingredients:
400g can baked bean
400g can four bean mixed

120g cubed cheddar
1 pack corn chips
Sour cream
Guacamale
1 tomato
iceberg lettuce
100g mushroom

Preparation:
Place cheese into  *: and grate for 10 seconds on speed 7, set aside.

Place baked bean and 2/3 of bean mixed, cook for 3 minutes at 90oC on speed 1.  Add the rest of bean mixed, cook another 1 minute at 90oC on  :-: + speed 1.

Cut tomato to quarter, deseeded then chop in  *: for 4 seconds on speed 7.

Put a handful of iceberg lettuce, then chop in  *: for 3 seconds on speed 7.

Slice mushroom  and fry gently.

Put them together and bon apetite.

Make this most Friday when return from work and tired. Can whip this up really quick and family enjoy it. Today no lettuce, never mind...
