Tuna Mousse (with photo)

Tuna Mousse

Ingredients:

250g canned tuna (drained=250g)
4 anchovies
300g ricotta


Preparation:

    Grind tuna and anchovies for 10 seconds on Speed 5. Scrape down the sides of TM Bowl.

    Add ricotta and mix for 30 seconds on Speed 5.

    You can serve with toasted bread, crackers and/or bread sticks.

I'm not into Halloween but those crackers do look fabulous! This tuna mousse sounds yum is on the list for this week. Thanks Faffallina.
