Title: Verito's Green Salsa

Name of Recipe: Verito's (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?action=profile;u=45) Green Salsa

Ingredients:

500 gr green tomatoes
1/2 onion (big one, or a whole if it is small)
2 cloves of garlic
40 gr oil (regular or olive)
Fresh coriander to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Optional one or two serrano chiles (it depends on how hot you want the sauce to be)

 
Preparation:

Put all ingredients except oil into the Thermomix and chop for 15 seconds on speed 10
Add the oil and cook for 8 minutes at Varoma temperature on  ^^.

Is Salsa something you have to eat right away or does it keep?

Best eaten fresh as the flavours want last long - especially the coriander
