The EDC recipe for yoghurt making uses normal milk, milk powder and pot set yoghurt. Due to food intolerances I don't want to use milk powder if I can avoid it.
Does anyone make yoghurt just using normal tolerated milk and tolerated yoghurt? If you skip the powder what difference will that make?

I've tried the special awesome sauce and cooking it longer with macaroni in it but omg it takes so long and mac is still crunchy. Has anyone got a recipe please?

Has anyone used both for making bread? How does the TMX kneading compare to a KA kneading? Asking because a friend has a KA but never used a TMX and I've never used or seen a KA to tell her Hoping someone here has used both

Ok for 18month old I am wanting to make a risotto but using mince instead of meat. Would I cook mince first then add to risotto? Does anyone have a TMX mince risotto recipe?

I'm after tips to get that browned/fried off taste you get when you do your mince recipes on the stove as opposed to in the TMX. The TMX keeps tasting like boiled mince lol. I chop and fry the onion and garlic first, then add the mince and cook as per recipes (ie bolognaise in EDC) but cant get the "cooked" taste happening.
Any tips?

Ok I'm liking Evernote but to share with a private small group, I'm thinking of adding my favourite recipes to a blog or a FB page. What's the rules as such when it comes to this, if I get my recipes off somewhere like here? Courtesy says to me that naturally I'll put the link so that it's known it's not my concoction, but are there rules or anything like copyright etc??

am trying to make the EDC gnocchi but the bowl is still reading at 70 deg, and the interval button isn't working. Is it like the turbo button and wont work if too hot??

Ok yeast - I bought instant dried yeast and put in freezer like container says, but when I used it the dough hasn't risen. Does the yeast need to be warmed first???
2nd question - freezing left over dough - you do this after the rise, then after the 15min rest??

Hi Admin, there are quite a few Failsafe parents on the Failsafe forums with thermomixers and wanting somewhere to store and talk Failsafe/Thermomix recipes please. I know we have Diet here but could we please have a Failsafe Forum created? As Diet could be construed as weightloss etc. Would be greatly appreciated
