I am ashamed to say i never received any of your posts on this thread.. Thank you for all the feedback!  Yes we did all of the cooking ourselves, 2 days, no hiring cooling space.. The planning took us about a week.. I am a bit of a perfectionist in this area...  I just write down EVERYTHING, so when we start to prepare, everything is in the house and we just have to check all the boxes ;)

I agree with everything everyone else has said.  What an amazing spread.  How you managed to do all that as well as keeping a business running leaves me speechless with admiration.

Time does fly..  And planning is everything..  It was such a fun to do this just between the both of us, cooking and washing up in between... And most important nobody got sick lmao :)
