He's just eaten almost 2 large sausages and only had a bit of trouble with the last little bit.  RN walked in on us but said she 'saw nothing' LOL

Good one judy. Funny to fancy crayfish . I can buy frozen raw tails quite cheaply here. Well not so cheap as great value being the tails only and in all sizes. Maybe try to find a small one at the seafood places at the markets Judy.

Great news that Geoff has his appetite back and is eating well.  Is crayfish something he has always enjoyed?

That all looks fantastic Katie. I would love your san choy bow recipe if you have it handy.

Thanks Wonder.  Sorry I didn't actually use a recipe (or cook the san choy bow in the TMX).  I did it on the stove and just mixed a few things together - I was trying to make it not spicy or hot, for the in-laws tastes.  I had some leftovers for lunch today and it was tasty enough.

Mini meatloaves for lunch today - DS picked up a recipe for them at the supermarket....which I basically ignored and just made up my own version with what I had, but he was happy to have "his" recipe in his lunchbox  ;)

There aren't as many left as I thought there would be - DH discovered them in the fridge last night!
