Cathy79,  hope your little one enjoyed her chocolate cake for her birthday.  Today I cooked DH a special loaf of bread,  basically wholemeal with seeds and malt.   We had Kentucky coated pork steaks with vegies,  and cream of celery soup.   Roxy,  what a cook up you are having,   great fun to be doing it with a friend.

It's cool here again today, so I think termite will  be making soup tonight.

Had a bit of a BBQ going here yesterday so I made strawberry foam (lucky we had strawberries in our freezer) and also used the last of the 5 seed bread from the freezer. (I made several loaves and brought them up) Both were very popular.
Also did Jaffa custard for a few folks yesterday, that went down well too.
We leave next Monday, gosh the month and a few days has gone ever so quickly. We should be home Tuesday.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Your time may almost be up Cookie but you've had a wonderful break.  Thanks for popping into the forum every so often too, it made up your absence not seem so long. :-* :-*

Feel like Martha Stewart today, 9am and icecream, butter, biscuits and sticky date pudding complete!

Onto make the pesto to stuff my chicken breasts before wrapping in proscuitto and later my pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto.

Got grandaprents and sister and her family coming for dinner!

LOVING my thermomix, so easy, not many dishes and all from scratch!

Great going KLC79, your guests will be impressed. I had a list of things to do today but I seem to be going around in circles and getting no where.

Needed lunch in a hurry so made JD's curry mince,  she should have won 2  first prizes,   One because of all the hidden vegies and the second one for the right balance of flavors  Thanks a million Judy.  How about the recipe for blowing heads off ?.
