Just in case you aren't aware of it, Nico is returning to Adelaide for more cooking classes.  Those of you who have attended his classes would be aware of how good they are and to our new members these are something not to be missed.

This class is both suitable for both TM31 and TM5 customers and will run for two hours.

This sounds really good. I attended one of his classes many years ago and loved it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
