I feel like cooking but everything is full. I may make some muffins and freeze them.

I’ve only made a pot of chicken soup tonight from a roasted chicken carcass.

I made a spotty Swiss roll today. I didn’t put anything special in it, only jam.

Egg white, caster sugar, melted butter and flour. Then you colour them, pipe them and freeze them on baking paper. You then pour the sponge mix onto them.
Very easy.

Yesterday made Tahini biscuits again.  They are Vegan and very popular. Today more biscuits as I found 2 large packets of Macadamia nuts as I cleaned out the pantry.

Mab, went out for morning tea some years back.  Had coffee and a Tahini biscuit.   Thought, they taste just like Anzacs. They charged $4 for one biscuit. The whole batch doesn’t cost much more than that.  Hope you like them. .

What do you think of your new TMX robyn?
Hummus, cookies, (RTE) baked potato wedges and her marinated pasta salad (absolutely delicious, by the way) and roasted zucchini in a creamy / herby sauce,
Marina from Melbourne and Guildford
