Chocolate Peanut Biscuits
ingredients
125g butter
165g brown sugar
1 egg
1tablespoon cocoa
200g SR flour
200g peanuts
Preparation
Set oven to 180 degrees and prepare 2 trays with baking paper.
Place butter and sugar into bowl and blend sipped 3 for about 1 minute. Scrape down.
Set bowl going at speed 3 for another minute and tip the egg in. Scrape down.
Add cocoa and flour and use :: to blend together.
Add peanuts and use :: for approximately 20-30 seconds to mix.
Place teaspoons of the mixture onto trays and bake for approx 15 minutes.

Tweaks
Any nut could be used for this. Chop walnuts, hazelnuts and macadamias a little first. A feature of the biscuit is the chopped nuts.
