Good for you Thermomixer  ;)

Think of the "best" restaurant in the North-East - up in the hills where people go to see autumn leaves - I am going to send them some info and your contact details   ;)

PS. see the Pizzinis are coming to town - do they have one?

No, not yet.... bewtween work, tmx and being a Mum I'm a few days short at the end of the week to achieve what I set out to. But they are on my list... feel free to put in the ground work for me though  ;) :D :D
Yes, waiting in anticipation for them to move into town - Wang has no decent restaurants unless you want to travel 20 or more minutes out of town. Usually have to drive to somewhere like beechworth or bright.

Except I don't think it is for Tenina, it is a demonstration kitchen and also training will be done there for consultants as well. That is what I have been led to believe anyway.
You'll all be happy to know it is my kitchen too! But it is for classes and training as well. All good...happy to finally be cooking at work for work, instead of at home for work!  ;D
George was terrific BTW.
