Title: 1000 Thermomixes sold in July!! & a wait on current orders

WOW!!! when we had our training it was 800 (previous highest month was 550) so well done to everyone who sold any last month!!

just bumping to add that because of the demand recently (350 sold last week alone) there is an 8-10 day wait on machines.

so disappointed that my first ever order has resulted in a disappointed customer who has to wait 2 weeks (as i'd told her it would be back by thurs/friday but due to problems with my computer system it took a day for me to be albe to send them a version they could open and then more than 24 hours to let me know it would be the extra time) :(:(

Delays all over between processing orders and despatching. I've noticed quiet dramatic delays to normal.
But it's exciting news that it's growing so fast.

Wow that really is exciting. Weren't we just celebrating the 500th customer? 1000 sold in July alone? This sounds a lot like critical mass! :D

Not sure about the 500th customer??? But May celebrated the 10,000th TMX being sold in Australia.

Think the forum celebrated 500 users ?,  Josie is apparently close to 100 customers.  Great to hear that there were big sales, but you need to make sure that clients don't get dissatisfied by poor service.  :( :(

Agreed Thermomixer. It is such an expensive machine it would be very sad if the company got a bad name for lack of service.  :'(

Thankfyuly the last 2 orders of mine from last week arrived safe and sound today  ;D
