Hi Judydg

A couple of questions: how many coffees do you have in a day? Do you add milk and/or sugar?  Do you drink instant or freshly ground coffee? In the 21 day program it is recommended that the main hot drinks are herbal teas, especially green tea. If you just cannot go without a coffee then it's suggested that you drink it black with no sugar and try to make it organic, freshly brewed coffee.  If you like to add milk and sugar, maybe it's not the coffee you like so much but the combination of these.  So no you don't have to give up coffee, but some changes in the way or ammount may be required.  Our bodies are quite amazing and often if there is a sugar, caffine, salt or fat craving it's because the underlying issue is lack of energy due to our body's nutrient quota not being met.  Met the nutrient quota and like magic the cravings disappear.

It costs the price of the ebook ($22) 21 day diet  and whatever food you buy to eat. OR Healthy Living Cub for $57 OR you can join the Healthy Living Program for $197 ;)

Are the recipes in the TMX book the same as the ones in her cook book or in the 21 day program? I have dine the 21 days which was terrific for feeling great but am looking for some more recipes as I am vegetarian. I am wondering if it would be worth getting one of her other books.

I have just purchased Cyndi's ebook for mum and myself. I just wanted to know if you think it's ok to do while breastfeeding (I have a 6 week old) since it's not really a diet and I'm thinking it can only do good with all those nutrients.

What do others think?

Yeah for sure - it's not so much about losing weight as it is about healthy living.  ;)

Thanks nay-nay.

I'll probably have quite a few qu's over the next few days. Firstly, where do i buy the ingredients listed in day 1. I'm in perth.

Pasteurized only milk?
Cold pressed olive oil (i have moro evoo - is that ok?)
Tamari - what is that?
Cold pressed almond oil
Rice vinegar
Loose green tea

Can you tell me which can be found in coles or woollies and which ones only in heakth food store?

Absolutely! Probably one of the best things you could do for you and bubs and your milk, it's all good, healthy nourishing food :)

Sorry for the late thank you Nay-Nay. I only just saw your post. I have seen the Changing Habits book in our library but can't seem to find the cook book.

Any answers for my previous post on ingredients from those who've tried it?
