It was to be roast lamb but it didn't defrost in time so we had beef stroganoff from the freezer. Mandy's veggie soup to start as well.

Last night we had Chicken in Yoghurt for DH and me. The kiddies had Astarra's golden chicken nuggets and peas and corn  :)
I think tonight is 'clean out fridge Friday' as we have leftovers of all the above and  Amy's quiches from lunch!  :D

No idea. I'm flying home this afternoon and don't get in until around 6 so it will be whatever is on when I get home or some form of takeaway.

Out for Dinner tonight at a friends with several other family's who are all bringing a hot dish. So I have made a Zucchini quiche, vegetable lasagna and some bread rolls. (At least my vegetarian DS will be catered for then.)

Slow roasted lamb with roast potatoes, pumpkin and carrot, corn, broccoli and cauliflower. With the leftovers of Maddy's Vegie soup first.

We are having Indian spicy tomato soup and stuffed nann. I'll post the recipes later.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Had my MIL and a BIL for dinner.  BIL recently had a heart scare, so I baked salmon with a herbed crust, smashed potatoes and steamed veggies. He doesn't usually eat many veggies, but he ate it all tonight. Forgot to take a photo though, but will make it again as the kids really liked it. I also made impossible lemon pie with homemade vanilla icecream for dessert.

Pizzas here last night too. DH told me at 3:30pm we were having people over, and didn't have a lot of food on hand, so it worked well. Made two batches of Jamberie's base and had some sauce frozen. So made 5 or 6 dinner pizzas and 3 dessert pizzas. Everyone left full but no leftovers.  ;D

After we got free dessert pizzas last week (when our basketball team scores over 100 in a home game we get vouchers) I learned that The dessert pizzas from the local have choc sauce under the custard, so made mum's choc sauce too.  Will have to see if something similar is already posted in recipes. Was super easy.
