We had no leftovers and nothing I could really make for lunch today. I was planning on going to the shopping centre near work at lunchtime so will get something while I'm there.

Tunisian Eggplant Caponata, i left out the olives & chopped smaller so it is easy for me to eat.

I really want Dutch curry and rice soup.... but it's 1:15pm and I'm really hungry and I can't wait, so I might have vegemite on toast ;D
