Title: 500g Lamb Mince and what to make??

If like me you had a 500g pack of lamb mince and the usual assorted vegies and pantry items, what would you make for dinner tonight with your thermie?  Help please!  :)

Chilli con carne
Bolognaise
Shepherds Pie
Moussaka
Burgers
Nachos
(I don't like it but minced meat curry or minced meat pie - for some reason I like my meat whole in these, but lots love them).

Zan, I prefer half and half beef and pork mince in bolognaise, and I would usually use beef mince in chili con carne too.  A nice lamb burger would go down well this time of the year I guess.  I just wondered if there was a dish I could make that actually involved cooking the lamb mince in the TMX.  JD's lamb sauce for pasta sounds definitely worth a try  :)

The lamb sauce recipe is Pauls missgrunge but I did make it in the early days. I used to pick up some lamb mince and wonder what to do with it too!

We had greek burgers last night with lamb mince. They had oregano, mint and parsley in them. I made a beetroot relish to have with them and had haloumi cheese grilled in the burger too. Very nice.
