Looking good DJ  8)....would not have been a fun job at all!

Well thank god I had coffee with 2 friends this morning, as they informed me the school concert is tomorrow night!  :o :o.  My darling son had not passed on any notices, so it was a mad scramble to find some sort of costume today  :-X damned kid!

After a 5.30am walk along the boardwalk at the beach this morning, we are now on our way to Adelaide for an overnight stay. Meeting up with our son tonight for tea, then getting my car serviced in the morning before coming home.  Will be having a look around the mall once we get there today though. 😀

Stained a load more wood today. Going to have to do it all.... And it is a beamed house but it looks so much better. Only way to clear the plaster dust and freshen up timbers that have been through many incarnations.

Reckon I have 3 months ( at least) daily work ahead to get this house ready, as between chores and meals etc etc I can only do a few hours of painting or staining a day.

DH and I are in Cornwall at the moment and we visited Lands Ends with my DB and SIL today.Bev and I posed for a photo for you guys.:D :D :D
