Tomorrow is the boys primary school fun fair and today I've been baking for the cake stall. Photos aren't great as I have wrapped most of it, carrot cakes, finger buns and yo yo's.

I bet they won't last long - they look far too delicious to be left untouched!

Have had cooking morning. Have made Protein Balls, pork and veggie Wontons and marinated chicken inYakitorisauce.
The left over pork mix from Wontons I pan grilled and made Asian hamburgers for lunch.

Aquafaba meringues about to go in the oven. Fingers crossed they come out looking just as good.
The mixture tastes fantastic and just the same as traditional meringue.

Aquafaba meringue update

Well the mixture tasted great and I put them into my oven set at 120 degrees which I now know is too high, the mixture started to spread and the end result is a slightly burnt tasting meringue shell.
Next time I will try 100 degrees.

They weren't a total failure but needs a few adjustments.

I have cooked some kiss biscuits and fudgy wudgy cookies today substituting the egg with Aquafaba with great results.

Dede you could always put a bit of fruit with your meringues.  The aqua fab a biscuits look brilliant.

I am trying to make some grissini.  They are rising at the moment.

Cookie I have thrown the meringues in the bin, didn't think it was worth keeping. Might try again tomorrow as I still have some Aquafaba left.
