These are delicious Amy. Thanks for the recipe. The kids had them in their lunches and thought they were even better cold the next day. Great alternative to sandwiches or rolls. When I made them, I only got to cook half the batter as I had to suddenly go out. I cooked the remaining batter the following day and there was absolutely no difference in taste or texture. They are terrific.

I make these for the kids lunches all the time and haven't had any complaints. I also wrap them individually as I think it keeps them fresher and is also much quicker in the mornings.

That's terrible. Did you catch it in time??

If you put 1/2 cup water in the microwave at the same time it stops the wheat drying out. 😊

Not sure what is nicer, the cats or the bickies. We love our cats and I think they have more rights than anyone else in the family.
