Cooking all morning.  Cantucci, posted.  Made with home grown hazelnuts. Robyn's Tablet, Chocolate.  Spelt and Ginger Biscuits, posted,  and this afternoon, some spice mix, Quatre epices,  Mark Bests recipe.  If it is OK will be part of Hamper assortments.

For those who made it, could you tell me where I can find the recipe for Whisk's Veg Stock Conc?  I tried searching for it, but to no avail.

Thanks.

Was happy with the loaf, cuts really well.  Couldn't pick up any sour cream flavour at all.   ;D  Looking forward to trying it toasted in the morning.  ;D

Julie that pic is stunning if that is an apt description for a foodie pic - I am sure it will taste as good.  What size tin did you use?  :)  :)

Thank you.  :D  I was pleased how it turned out for the first time of making.  I can type up my conversion if anyone is interested.  Very easy.  I didn't do the knead, leave, knead, leave, just did it as we normally do.

Johnro, my tin is 25 x 10 x 10cm high (base measurements).  It makes a lovely big loaf.  The only thing I would do differently is, this time after removing from the tin I put back in the oven for 5 mins.  It had just started to dry out, not badly but when I make it again, I won't do that and see what I think.   :)
