Meagan you are very clever,  but i wish you would speak English. ;D

Today cooked Lemon Ricotta Cake, Lemon Butter, Tenina's recipe, Pizza dough and then pizza on BBQ.  I have been trying to perfect the Pizza/BBQ method and have finally done it. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

At least you know which one is yours if there are more than one in the room - I really believed what it said seeing as you have to cart it around with you in the car  :P :P

I've been using Photobucket for several years and recommend the service to anyone who wants to post photos.

It's easy to resize the photos after uploading, as well as add text and other editing under the drop-down menu that appears when you place your cursor on the photo.

It's also a good place to "store" important photos to make sure they won't be lost in a computer crash.  A friend, whose house was destroyed in a wildfire a few years ago, had scanned all of her daughter's wedding photos uploaded and when the originals were lost, she was able to order prints from Photobucket.  The photographer had filed for bankruptcy and could not provide replacement prints.

I like photobucket too Andie. It seems simple for me to use.

Just as an illustration, I uploaded this photo and then resized it in Photobucket, took less than 10 seconds for it to resize.

Have been busy in the kitchen so far today, experimenting.  :D

I'm making a tart that is supposed to be a quick and easy recipe using bought choc ice cream and peanut butter as a filling on top of a  choc chip cookie crumb base, but I've made Tenina's choc ice cream and some peanut butter to make the filling.  The only thing I haven't made is the biscuits.  It's now in the freezer setting and then later I'll make a choc sauce in the tm to drizzle over.  If it turns out okay I will post.

Have also got a loaf in the oven made from a Dan Lepard recipe, I think it's called Sour Cream Sandwich loaf or something like that, the sour cream in the ingredients piqued my curiosity, so if that turns out okay, will post on here too.  ;D
