Selkirk Bannock - any Scots out there?

Got my in-laws visiting from Scotland and MIL wants to make a bread and butter pudding, but she normally uses Selkirk Banjock (a sultana bread), wonder if anyone has converted a recipe? Thanks!!

My family used to make it with Selkirk bannock too hopefulcook but I have never made it. My mum still makes it and uses fruit loaf from bakers delight or hot cross buns and extra sultanas. Maybe someone else will have converted a recipe.

Just saw the idea of using HCB's for the bread'n'butter pudding on BBC Food, think I will suggest that.
But still keen for a Selkirk Bannock conversion. The recipe I found looks pretty easy, but I haven't converted any bread recipes before. For the Aussie's... It's a bit like raisin bread, only much denser.

That's it exactly!!! I am Scottish and that's exactly what I remember. Unfortunately have never cooked it but it was quite dense and yummy.
My mum said without making it hot cross buns with extra sultanas will give the same results in a bread and butter pudding. If you don't convert just use the non TMX recipe and then use. Shouldn't be too difficult I imagine although I am not great at converting. Sorry!!!! ;)

Checked out recipe, easy to convert.  Would need to melt the butter or it would be too difficult for Tmx to knead. 
Put all in Tmx, except sultanas and knead for 3 mins.
Add sultanas, knead for 1 min.
Tip on mat and knead in any sultanas that are not incorporated.
Let rise to double.
Form into round shape , rise again.
Bake.

I like the look of this. I might have to give it a try.  I've made some Scottish oat cakes once and enjoyed them.
