Cookie, yes cold oven.
Yesterday made fruit and nut balls for DD.  Also made seeds soaked is Soy sauce and roasted. Very tasty, would be nice on a salad.

CC, the slice was not a success.  DH said it tasted like it need more time in the oven even tho I cooked it for longer than the recipe said. I was going to give it to the birds but my friend said it was ok and took it home with her. :)

I've had a fun morning. I have a Classic loaf rising with some spelt flour and seeds, I made the sourdough that Tenina has on her Insiders club this month (its from A Passionate Pantry), that sits in the fridge overnight and I also made some Mandarin Polenta Biscuits.https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17524.0 I'm also trying out a sort of puff pastry using SD starter. I hope to make an apple pie with it and will share if it works out reasonably well.

Chicken stock from organic chicken bones from market.
More fruit and nut balls.  The TMX is great for these.  They have carrot in them.

They sound really nice Chookie, a lot more ingredients in them than normal balls.
