We had Chookie's vegie soup with the creamed cauliflower last night. I made a No Fuss recipe and divided it in 2. Rolled each to about 28cm and put mozzarella and bacon in and covered it with the other half of the dough. It was tasty.
Tonight I am making No Fuss recipe again to use as burger rolls.

No Fuss was busy today, Cookie.  I made a No Fuss recipe but subbed 100 grams of leftover mashed potato and added fresh herbs in a loaf. Then did same and made rolls.
I also made some small Cheese tarts.  Made a thin Puff Pastry shells and filled them with a mixture similar to the New York cheese cake filling. They are a bit bland so will add lemon rind next time.

Nice baking everyone.  I love that No Fuss bread recipe, it never fails.  I have never tried putting potato in tho so must give that a try.
I made some biscuits yesterday.  They were supposed to be a bit like Anzacs but I wasn't happy with them.

Baking on a cold winter’s day, oh if only I had the time!  I’ll have to be satisfied with just looking at your lovely photos ladies.

Our cake/biscuit tin is empty. I made an old favourite, Choc Chip biscuits. I put dark choc, white choc/ ruby choc and peanut butter chips in them.

Wow Cookie.  My sort of Choc Chip Biscuits.
Baked the Chicken on Potato base again.  Then used the leftover in toasted sandwiches made with the Potato herb bread.  Delicious as the potato bread goes crunchy when toasted or reheated.  The bread/ rolls are very soft.

DIL called in today.  Nothing in the to eat so quickly made some little carrot cakes from a packet in the pie maker.  Very successful.  The left overs were taken home.
