Those roses are gorgeous, Chookie.

Showers here at the moment but will hopefully clear as the day goes by as we want to burn our garden rubbish today before the fire bans come in.

Good morning everyone.  I’ve had a serious clean out of my recipe book case, all bound for the trading table at the nursing home in early December

Morning all.
Judy, that takes a great deal of strong will to clean out your cookery books.
CC, we love them but know what you mean about getting back to normal after baby sitting for a few days.
Nice mild day here.
Creswick swap today but didn’t get the baking done so will take some jams from the pantry.
Spent yesterday trying to fix my printer. Cheaper to buy a new one than have it serviced and fixed.

Good morning everyone.   Light showers here at the moment.

Beautiful roses Chookie.

Judy, that's a good clean out of cookery books.

That's an astute observation and, sadly, I think you are right in what you say.  It's a terrible reflection on our throw away society.

Sensational roses Chookie. Yes, sadly printers are not meant to be fixed these days. Buy a new one and hope you don't have to throw out too many inks that belonged to your old one.

You are brave Judy. I can't count the number of times I have tried to cull my cookbooks. Every time I pick a book up I find recipes it that I want to cook and then end up keeping the book  :-))

Hope you are feeling better soon obbie.

I culled cookbooks when we shifted to this house. I wished I hadn't as I wanted them later!

Chookie that is so exciting with the bees.
