Sorry we ate it all!
Tips/Hints:
This could all be made in the thermomix, except cooking the meatballs. Cook pasta first and put into thermo server and then do the sauce.
I chose to cook the pasta while I did the rest in the pan.
This recipe is adapted from one in Super Food Ideas.

I made the sauce and pasta component of this recipe in the Thermomix for Mum tonight as she'd bought some sliced mushrooms because they looked nice ;) She doesn't cook anymore so I bought them home, found this recipe and I hope she likes it.
Method -
Chop the quartered onion and cloves of garlic for 2 sec/speed 5.
Add oil, sautéed 4 mins/varoma/reverse/speed 1/MC off, scraping down the sides from time to time.
Add the flour, cooked 1 minute/100o/reverse/speed 1/MC off.
Add the stock, only 100mls Carnation light cooking cream, 1 tbspn Dijon mustard. Cooked 4 mins/90o/reverse/speed 1/MC off.
Add 2 tbsps chopped parsley and a knob of grated parmesan cheese. Set aside whilst I cooked the pasta in the TM bowl.
The sauce was quite runny but perfect once the pasta was added and rested.
