I also made an adapted version of Maggie’s Pumpkin soup. Also very nice.
Made LSA today , as several of her recipes use it.

I'm going to a Westfield shopping centre this morning so I will check out Maggies book.  I haven't looked at it before as I thought it would be similar to her others. Sadly there is no Dymocks there but DD will be near one tomorrow.

I made some more of Tenina's ricotta yesterday. https://tenina.com/recipes/fresh-ricotta-cheese
It probably isn't the healthiest ricotta to eat as it has cream in it, but it is so very, very nice.
I also made some little cakes like Mum used to make. A request from DH. They are patty cakes with sultanas- no icing. Quite yummy really.

Yes Cookie I know those little simple cakes.  Lovely.
2 small SD loaves with Malted grain and 3 dozen Sausage rolls.  clean berry jam and some Lentil keftedes. Very healthy but not much taste. These tasted less than the sum of the ingredients. First dud from Maggie’s Book.
Also boiled up grain and added seeds for bread. Will freeze in 100g lots.

I made some Tomato Paste today, this time I was very careful and didn't get detergent in it!

Nice looking tomato paste Cookie.
Yesterday I needed an egg for the wash for the bread rolls. I cracked it into the Chook bin instead of into the dish.   :-\
Ral loved the B and B Pud.  Think it was the added chocolate. !
Need to fill the biscuit tin.  Might try one of Maggie’s from her new book.

Nice rolls and pudding Chookie.

Cookie, the tomato paste looks good too.  I think I will look up the recipe as we have so many tomatoes at the moment that I can't keep up with them.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
