Hi :)
« on: April 09, 2015, 05:43:39 am »
I'm new to the forum, was given my TM5 for Christmas by my absolutely awesome MIL. Now that I am comfortable with the machine, I'm exploring new recipes, techniques etc and am excited to discuss, drool over and share knowledge with you all :)

Welcome to the forum. It is lovely to have you join us. I'm sure you will find heaps of awesome recipes on here. We understand your feelings about the thermomix as we all feel the same.
All the recipes that are listed for a TM31 will work just as well in the TM5.  Please feel free to ask anything you are concerned about. We love to help people.

Thanks everyone :)
I cook for three, though the amount these guys eat, you would assume more. DH is fussy, Mr 7 is completely additive free and likes completely different food and I am GF.
The MIL is mine and you can't have her. The woman is a powerhouse, so incredibly supportive and I love her to bits.

Not happening sorry! Not only would I be in massive trouble from DH, it's almost the time of year that she makes her jams and chutneys. I just can't risk missing out

Welcome to the forum Kristy.  What a great MIL you have and what a lovely present.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
