Soup, more soup and yet more soup!!When I received my TM there wasn't a U.K cookbook (Janie Turner was still in the process of writing it)

I have made these, with shop bought tortillas, and while the flavours of the chicken mixture are fantastic, I didn't like the soggy texture of the tortillas. When I made it again, (as it was so yummy!), I used rolled up lasagne sheets instead of the tortillas. Next time, I'll try filling canneloni tubes if I can find large ones. It would be too fiddly with normal size ones.
I like the idea of rolled up lasagne sheets. Thanks.
Me too Cookie,thanks sue_purrb.

I might give these a whirl as a friend has just given me a dozen eggs from her hens. A lot more healthy than making cakes with most of them

My 13 yr old daughter is making all our bread now - all on her own! I'm so pleased!
Jo what a achievement, you must feel immensely proud of her.It sounds as though she is going to be a great cook like yourself.

Why does the brush not come with the TMX anyway?? I have had my brush for just a couple of weeks, and (I feel silly for saying this) I LOVE IT! Has reduced the number of times I have to unlock the blades alot. For a brush that only costs $5....why is it not supplied with the machine?
Amanda I give all of my customers a brush as a gift when I deliver my machine. I think they are invaluable too
What a lovely gesture on your behalf Meagan.I have never seen them forsale here in the U.K. but I saw one on e-bay when I was nosing at the price of the TM and books that everyone was talking about on here.
